Self-Expression & Voice WorkFollowing on from the gentle breath meditation, it is wonderful to feel our true inner connection and we can deepen this further in our expression through our voice.
Every expression - that is every thought, word and deed magnifies in our body (think about when you do something in anger, or in a very loving way like cooking for someone) and this can be felt by those around us and returns to our body. (see Unimed Living – Music and Sounds Wonderful for more on the energetic impacts of sound and sound healing.) It is an absolute Joy to support others to re-connect to their own beautiful voice and to come together and celebrate with song and gentle movement. With deep appreciation to Chris James of Sounds Wonderful for over a decade of loving support and inspiration in my own expression. |
If you are interested in sampling music that has been made with the conscious presence that we develop in these groups see Unimed Living's music sphere.
